Our artisan loaves are baked fresh in St. Pete using fresh-milled whole grains and simple ingredients. Each loaf is mixed, fermented, shaped, and baked in small batches, allowing the natural flavor of the grain to fully develop. The result is bread with a balanced crumb, deep character, and a clean finish that works just as well on its own as it does alongside a meal.

We focus on everyday artisan bread made the right way—using time, quality ingredients, and careful attention rather than shortcuts. Our core loaves are baked weekly and offered at local St. Pete and Tampa Bay farmers markets, where freshness and craftsmanship matter most.
