About Manna Mill

Manna Mill Bread Co. is a neighborhood bakery committed to crafting exceptional breads and pastries using fresh-milled flour, organic whole grains, and time-honored techniques. We mill our proprietary flour blend in-house daily and bake in small batches to create bread and pastries with unmatched flavor, nutrition, and integrity.

Our Story

Manna Mill began with a simple belief, bread should be honest, nourishing, and made with care. We set out to revive the lost art of neighborhood baking - where flour is milled fresh, fermentation is respected, and every loaf is made with stewardship and intention.

Kelsey and Justin Birt

Kelsey and Justin's passion for bread began in their own kitchen and led them to learn the art of baking with fresh-milled flour, something rarely available.  Today they lead Manna Mill with a vision to bring craftsmanship and community back to the table
