Our babka is baked fresh in St. Pete using fresh-milled whole grains, real butter, eggs, and honey. Each loaf is made by hand in small batches, allowing the dough to ferment slowly and develop deep flavor before being filled and baked. The result is a rich, tender crumb with a balanced sweetness that lets the grain and filling shine.

Babka is a classic bread that’s surprisingly hard to find made this way, especially with freshly milled grain. We offer both cinnamon and chocolate babka, baked weekly and available at local St. Pete and Tampa Bay farmers markets. Like everything we make, it’s crafted with simple ingredients and a focus on quality over shortcuts.
